Corporate Headquarters Building,
Vernon Street, Hammersmith, London
There are two parts to this project; firstly the refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed court house building with prison cells, and secondly a 4,000 m2 new office building. The original courtrooms and cells which date from 1901 have been restored as appropriate to their listed status, while the new building has a large basement and long span floors, and is of flat slab construction with a coffered ceiling. Structural glass rooflights  illuminate the interior spaces and the structure and cladding has a carefully integrated design with a cast stone facade.
